How quickly will I hear back from you?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages sent over the weekend get answered on Monday. If your question needs the records in front of me, I’ll say so and ask for them.
What happens after I send this?
I read it, then reply with either an answer or the two or three questions I need answered. If it looks like a fit, we book a call and I ask to see your records. Only after that do I scope the monthly fee and put it in writing.
Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?
No. The first conversation costs nothing and there is no contract until you have the scope and the monthly fee in writing. If Ardein isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you and say why.
